What each side sees at every stage, and how a match score is calculated.

The four stages

1 · Posted

  • Buyer posts a requirement
  • Owner lists a property
  • Both contacts are private

2 · Matched

  • TrueSpace scores each pair
  • Buyer sees the property, with the owner hidden
  • Owner sees an anonymous requirement

3 · Engaged

  • Buyer accepts or requests a visit
  • Owner accepts the request
  • Contacts unlock for both

4 · Visit

  • Site visit is confirmed
  • Exact address is shared
  • Feedback improves future matches
