The four stages

Posted
- Buyer posts a requirement
- Owner lists a property
- Both contacts are private

Matched
- TrueSpace scores each pair
- Buyer sees the property, with the owner hidden
- Owner sees an anonymous requirement

Engaged
- Buyer accepts or requests a visit
- Owner accepts the request
- Contacts unlock for both

Visit
- Site visit is confirmed
- Exact address is shared
- Feedback improves future matches

How a match score is calculated (out of 100)

Location
Your chosen neighbourhood = 30, another neighbourhood in the same zone = 12, elsewhere in Dhaka City = 6

Budget
In range = 30, below = 24, up to 10% over = 15

Property type
Same type, or you chose Any

Bedrooms
Meets your minimum = 15, one fewer = 7

Size
Meets minimum = 10, within 10% = 5
Buy and rent are never mixed. Only matches scoring 55% or more are shown, and verified listings are marked so you can prioritise them.
