Delivery Coverage
We deliver across Bangladesh.

Delivery charges are payable with your order total upon delivery (Cash on Delivery).

Delivery times are estimates measured from order confirmation, not from order placement. Delays may occur during public holidays, adverse weather, or courier disruptions.
Order Processing
Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable; unconfirmed orders may be cancelled after 48 hours.
Failed Deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and the order cancelled. Repeated failed COD deliveries may result in restriction from future orders.
Inspection at Delivery
Please check your parcel at the time of delivery where the courier permits. Report any damage or discrepancy to us on WhatsApp at 01907060603 within 3 days, with an unboxing video as proof.
