This website is operated by Lobay ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through this website are offers to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders with incomplete or unverifiable delivery information, or repeated failed deliveries.

Order Confirmation

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp at the number you provide to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed within 48 hours may be cancelled.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Full payment is due to the delivery agent upon receipt of your parcel. Refusal to accept a confirmed COD order without valid reason may result in restriction from future orders.

Product Information

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography lighting. Minor variations do not qualify as defects.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Lobay name, logo, images, and text — is the property of Lobay and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Lobay is not liable for delays or failures caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
